Season to taste with some of the salt and pepper. Cut up chicken. Brown garlic and onion in oil. In same oil fry chicken pieces, veal and sausage. Add tomatoes and simmer with the meat for 15 minutes. Add wine, marinade and rice to mixture. Add saffron and paprika and stir slightly. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes while stirring. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add seafood and peas and cook until rice is soft. (Do not stir after adding seafood and peas.) Serve with lemon wedges.   Yaşam felsefem herkesi olduğu gibi kabul et,kırma ve kimsenin de seni kırmasına müsade etme.Herşeyi sev sevgi kadar kutsal başka bir şey yok..Çünki yaşam aslında o kadar kısa ki madem dünyaya geldik kısa da olsa yaşamamız gereken bir hayat var eh o halde neden zevk almıyalım değil mi ama....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2-İnsan nedir?&lt;br /&gt;     Sevgisiz,dostsuz ve öğrenmeden yaşıyamam.&lt;br /&gt;4- Mutluluk size ne ifade ediyor?&lt;br /&gt;       Bunu kelimelerle ifade etmek çok zor bence ama şöyle söyliyebilirim,üzüntülü olduğum zamanlarda seviçli olduğum zamanları hatırlayıp kendimi teselli ederim işte o sevinçli olduğum zamanlar galiba mutlu oluyorum..Ve sevdiklerimle olduğum zamanlarda hep sevinçliyimdir.&lt;br /&gt;5- Gözler..&lt;br /&gt;      Kimine göre yalan söyler,kimine göre asla yalan söyliyemez ben 2. kategorideyim&lt;br /&gt;6-Yalana karşı verdiğiniz tepki ne olurdu??&lt;br /&gt;      Bazen öyle yalanlar vardır ki karşısındakini geçicide olsa mutlu eder bu belkide yaşam savaşı veren bir hasta,yada umutları hiç solmıyacak bir çocuk işte o zaman bu yalanlara kızamıyorum ancak yalan söylemeyi alışkanlık haline getirmiş kişilere karşı tavrım hep alaycıdır ve yalanını yutmadığımı hep bir şekilde anlatırım..öfke?? hayır duymam çünki yalan söyliyen kişi sadece kendini aldatır karşısındakini değil..&lt;br /&gt;7- Güzellik&lt;br /&gt;       Kalıcı olmayan fiziksel güzellikle alakam yok ama ruh güzelliğine önem veririm ki baki olanda odur..&lt;br /&gt;8-Sevgi ve Aşkın tanımı&lt;br /&gt;      Sevgi çok kutsaldır bence çünkü kayıtsız ve şartsızdır her şeyi sevebilirsiniz ama Aşk bir anda elektrik çarpmasına tutulmuş gibi olursunuz sonra bittiğinde de yataktan yere düşersiniz bir tarafınız kırılmaz belki ama çok incinirsiniz..Acısı maalesef zamanla azalsada içinizde kopan lifler pek yerine oturamazlar artık...&lt;br /&gt;9- Sevgi mi,Aşk mı?&lt;br /&gt;      Aşkı tatmayan kalmamalı bence ama sevgi diyorum..&lt;br /&gt;10- Hangi tür müzik ve neden?&lt;br /&gt;        Arabesk haricinde her tür  müzik diyorum çünki ben ruh halime göre müzik dinleyen bir insanım ve asla müziksiz yapamam..&lt;br /&gt;11- Değiştirme şansınız olsaydı neyi değiştirirdiniz neden?&lt;br /&gt;       Kendi yaşantımda değiştirmek istediğim çok bir şey yok e ülkenin gidişatını tek başıma değiştiremiyeceğime göre...desemde ilk öncelikle doğudaki törelerden başlardım ve kadınlara yaşam hakkı verirdim...&lt;br /&gt;12-Dost&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından itibaren de Ürgüp adıyla anılmıştır. Ürgüp ve civarındaki ilk yerleşim antik adı Tomissos olan Damsa Çayı 'nm doğusundaki Avla Dağı etekleridir. İngiliz Arkeolog lan Todd'un burada yaptığı yüzey araştırması sonucunda çok sayıda obsidiyenden ve sileksten Paleolitik Dönem'e ait aletler bulmuştur. Daha geç dönemlere ait en önemli kalıntılar ise Ürgüp kasaba ve köylerinde bulunan Roma Dönemi'ne ait kaya mezarlardır. Bizans Döneminde de önemli bir dini merkez olan Ürgüp, köy, kasaba ve vadilerindeki kaya kiliselerin ve manastırların piskoposluk merkeziydi. XI. yüzyılda Ürgüp, Selçuklular'm önemli kentleri Konya'ya ve Niğde'ye açılan önemli bir kale konumundaydı. Bu döneme ait iki yapı kentin merkezindeki Altıkapılı ve Temenni Tepesi Türbeleri'dir. Bir anne ve iki kızına ait olan ve XIII. yüzyılda yaptırılan "Altı Kapılı Türbe", altı cepheli, her cephesinde kemerli pencereli ve üstü açıktır. Ürgüp'ün Temenni Tepesi'nde bulunan iki türbeden birinin, 1268 yılında Vecihi Paşa tarafından yaptırılan ve halk arasında "Kılıçarslan Türbesi" olarak da anılan Selçuklu Sultanı IV. Rüknettin Kılıçarslan'a, diğerinin ise III. Alaaddin Keykubat'a ait olabileceği düşünülmektedir. Ancak araştırmacılara göre bu olasılıklar oldukça zayıftır. 1515 yılında Osmanlı topraklanna katılan Ürgüp, XVIII.. yüzyılda Osmanlı Sadrazamı Damat İbrahim Paşa'mn kadılık makamını doğduğu kent olan Nevşehir'e (Muşkara) bağlaması nedeniyle ilk kez ikinci planda kalır. Ancak Paşa da Ürgüplüleri mağdur etmemek için Nevşehir yakınlarındaki Kavak köyünden yaklaşık 20 km bir yeraltı yolu ile su getirtir. Sokak ve meydanlara mermerden çeşmeler yaptırarak şiirlerini dönemin meşhur şairlerine yazdırmış, kitabelerini de en iyi ustalara kazıtmıştır. Bu kitabeli çeşmelerin sadece bir kaçı orj inal yerindedir. Ürgüp'teki bir diğer önemli yapı da Rum Hamamı'dır. Rumca kitabesinden temelinin 1900'de atıldığı tüm halkın ortak çalışması sonucunda 1909'da tamamlandığı anlaşılmaktadır. Şemsettin Sami 1888-1900 yıllarında yazdığı Kamus-ül Alem adlı tarih ve coğrafya ile ilgili eserinde Ürgüp'te 70 cami, 5 kilise ve 11 kütüphane olduğunu belirtir. Ürgüp civarındaki Pancarlık, Üzengi ve Keşlik vadisi hem tarihi, hem de doğal değerleri olan vadilerdir.İklimÜrgüp'te yazları sıcak ve kurak, kışları soğuk ve kar yağışlı, ilkbahar ve sonbaharda ise yağmurlu tamamen kırsal bir step iklimi özellikleri görülür. İlkbaharda yeşeren ancak daha sonraları sararıp yok alan step bitki örtüsünün dışında bölgede bir orman örtüsü bulunmamakla beraber, ilçede ve çevresinde çok yoğun olarak görülen bağcılık ve yemyeşil sıcak suda beklettiğimiz pirincimizin suyunu süzdürüp onlarıda kavuralım,pirincimiz tel tel olunca sırası ile önce domatesimizi sonra tarçın ve şekerimizi daha sonrada suda beklettiğimiz kuş üzümlerimizi karıştıralım ve bir bardak suyumuzuda üsrüne koyup çok kısık ateşte pişirelim.Kapattıktan sonra üstüne dere otumuzu serpip tekrar karıştıralım..Biraz ılınmasını bekleyelim daha sonra köpük köpük olana kadar çırpalım köpükler oluşunca hiç ara vermeden irmikli karışımımızı ilave edip biraz daha çırpalım hemen yağlanmış tepsimize döküp 180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırınımızda 45 dakika pişirelim,revanimiz pişerken şerbetimizide aynı anda ateşe verelim.Revanimiz olunca fırından alıp verev keselim ve hem şerbet, hemde revani sıcakken şerbetimizi yedire yedire dökelim,şerbeti üstünede krem şanti ve çilek siz nasıl arzu ederseniz kremasını öyle yapın derim..Şimdiden afiyet olsun...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br
